New Delhi VAC Relocation: The Details
Effective January 12, 2026, all UK visa operations in New Delhi will shift to a more central location. If you have an appointment scheduled on or after this date, please ensure you head to the new premises.

New Delhi 110001, India. - Old Address (Closing Jan 12, 2026):
Mezzanine Floor, Baba Kadak Singh Marg, Shivaji Stadium Metro Station, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001.
Note: There will be no services available at the Shivaji Stadium Metro Station location once the move is complete. Correspondence sent to the old address after this date may result in delays.
The Digital Shift: Say Goodbye to Physical BRPs
One of the most significant changes for UK visa holders is the transition to e-visas. By late 2025, the UK government aims to replace physical Biometric Residence Permits (BRPs) with a fully digital system.
Successful applicants will no longer receive a plastic card. Instead, you will use your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account to view and share your immigration status. This streamlining process reduces the risk of lost documents and makes border crossings more efficient.
What Stays the Same?
Despite the digital shift, the “in-person” element of the application remains. You are still required to:

- Regional Partner Changes: Be aware that commercial partners are shifting. In several regions, VFS Global is taking over services from TLScontact. Always keep a close eye on your official emails for specific instructions regarding which centre will handle your file.
